2. ONDC Network Participation
D Tech Enterprise operates as a Buyer Application (BAP) on the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). We facilitate the discovery of products and services offered by independent Sellers (Seller Nodes) on the network. We do not own, sell, or physically handle the inventory of the products listed.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or checkout.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
- All product listings, availability, and pricing are determined directly by the respective Sellers on the ONDC network.
- Payments are securely processed through our integrated payment gateways.
- A contract of sale is strictly between the User (Buyer) and the respective Seller. D Tech Enterprise acts only as a facilitator for the transaction.
5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
- Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the specific policies of the individual Seller you are purchasing from, as displayed at the time of checkout.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within standard banking timelines.
6. Grievance Redressal (IGM)
If you face any issues with an order, you can raise a complaint through our platform. We will route the grievance to the respective Seller via the ONDC Issue and Grievance Management (IGM) framework for resolution.
